Have a great deal of experience within the educational sector specializing in Physical planning and Facilities Management? One of our clients, based in Kwa-Zulu Natal is in search of a seasoned Finance and Contracts Manager.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

• Honour Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Commerce
• Minimum 8 years experience
• 3 years in a management position
• Knowledge of legal frameworks governing Higher Education Institutions
• Ability to interpret cost reports, cash flows, balance sheets, income statements

Performance Areas (Responsibilities):

The Finance and Controls Manager’s duties shall include, but not be limited to:

• This role supports the Director and is responsible for the Finance planning portfolio
• Enforcing grant/donor contractual obligations, strategic allocations
• Departmental budgeting
• This role will report to the Senior Director_ Physical Planning and Facilities Management
