Have a great deal of experience within the educational sector specializing in Physical planning and Facilities Management? One of our clients, based in Kwa-Zulu Natal is in search of a seasoned Finance and Contracts Manager.
POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:
- Honour Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Commerce
- Minimum 8 years experience
- 3 years in a management position
- Knowledge of legal frameworks governing Higher Education Institutions
- Ability to interpret cost reports, cash flows, balance sheets, income statements
Performance Areas (Responsibilities):
The Finance and Controls Manager’s duties shall include, but not be limited to:
- This role supports the Director and is responsible for the Finance planning portfolio
- Enforcing grant/donor contractual obligations, strategic allocations
- Departmental budgeting
- This role will report to the Senior Director_ Physical Planning and Facilities Management
