Premium brand dealership urgently requires a Finance & Insurance Executive who will be responsible for facilitating vehicle finance and insurance transactions by securing appropriate finance solutions, conducting compliant financial needs analyses, presenting and selling value-added products, and ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable legislation and regulatory requirements.
The incumbent contributes to dealership profitability through the achievement of finance, insurance, and value-added product targets while maintaining a customer-focused, ethical, and compliant advisory approach.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Finance and Credit Processing Obtain all required customer documentation for finance applications Submit finance applications to approved financial institutions Follow up on approvals, conditions, and outstanding requirements Communicate application progress and outcomes to customers, sales executives, and management Ensure finance applications are processed efficiently and accurately Financial Needs Analysis and Advice Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses Present suitable finance and insurance options based on customer requirements Provide compliant advice in accordance with FAIS requirements Ensure customers understand all finance terms, conditions, and obligations Value-Added Product Sales Present and facilitate the sale of: Motor insurance products Extended warranties Service plans Maintenance plans Asset protection products Other approved value-added products Maximise profitability through ethical sales practices Ensure all recommendations are aligned to customer needs Documentation and Compliance Ensure all deal files are complete, accurate, and signed Maintain records of advice and supporting documentation Ensure all documentation complies with: FAIS FICA NCA TCF POPIA CPA Maintain audit-ready files at all times Finance House and Payout Management Manage all finance house payout requirements Submit supporting documentation within required timeframes Resolve conditions and queries from finance providers Monitor pending payouts and escalate delays where necessary Debtors Administration Monitor the finance debtors book Follow up on outstanding payments and documentation Resolve payment-related queries Maintain accurate debtor records and collection progress reports FICA and RMCP Compliance Ensure compliance with all FICA and RMCP requirements Conduct customer identification and verification procedures Complete risk assessments and screening requirements Verify source of funds where applicable Ensure compliance for finance, self-financed, and cash transactions Customer and Stakeholder Management Build professional relationships with customers and stakeholders Liaise effectively with: Sales Executives Sales Management Finance Houses Insurers Administration Staff Dealership Management Provide regular updates throughout the customer journey from order to vehicle delivery Administration and Record Management Ensure customer files and compliance records are accurately maintained Maintain retrievable records for audits and management review Support departmental administrative processes and reporting requirements Professional Development Maintain all regulatory qualifications and accreditation requirements Complete annual CPD requirements Adhere to \"working under supervision\" requirements where applicable Remain current with industry legislation and best practices Minimum Requirements: Matric \/ Grade 12 Full FAIS Qualification or relevant qualification with required credits RE5 Certification NCA Accreditation COB (Class of Business) certification where applicable CPD requirements maintained and up to date Financial services or related qualification will be advantageous Minimum of three years' Finance & Insurance experience within the motor industry Proven track record in: Volume vehicle sales environments High-value vehicle transactions APU achievement VAPS (Value Added Product Sales) performance Experience dealing with major finance houses and insurance providers. Demonstrated knowledge of finance application and approval processes. Knowledge Requirements: Vehicle finance products and processes Credit application and approval procedures Finance house requirements and documentation Insurance and value-added products Dealership finance administration systems Debtors management processes Regulatory framework, including: FAIS FICA NCA POPIA CPA TCF Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Finance applications processed within agreed turnaround times Finance approval ratios achieved Second gross income targets met VAPS penetration targets achieved Finance house payouts completed within required timeframes Debtors managed and outstanding balances resolved promptly Deal files maintained at 100% audit-ready standard Compliance with FAIS, FICA, NCA, POPIA, CPA, and TCF requirements Customer complaints resolved effectively and timeously Continuous compliance with accreditation and CPD requirements Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
