POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full Accounts Payable function, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and supplier payments
• Create and process purchase orders, requisitions, invoices, and credit notes
• Coordinate procurement activities and ensure timely sourcing and delivery of stock and materials
• Capture, update, and maintain accurate data on internal systems (MS DAX/ERP)
• Provide HR administrative support, including onboarding, leave tracking, and employee records
• Support office operations, including travel bookings, supplier coordination, and office supplies
• Maintain financial records, assist with reporting, and support month-end processes
• Manage recycling administration, documentation, and reporting where required

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Diploma or Certificate in Finance, Administration, HR, or related field (advantageous)

• 2–4 years’ experience in a finance and office administration role
• Proven experience in Accounts Payable and procurement coordination
• Exposure to general finance administration and ERP systems
• Experience in a fast-paced operational environment is beneficial

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (strong Excel skills essential)
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems (MS DAX/SAP advantageous)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
