SUMMARY:
Currently recruiting for a Financial and Operations Director with strategic business management experience - Applicable to Zambian nationals that are registered Chartered Accountants (ZICA/SAICA) only.

POSITION INFO:

Job & Company Description:

A multinational manufacturing entity is seeking a highly proficient Chartered Accountant (must be registered with ZICA/SAICA) with over 10 years’ post article experience within the FMCG, Manufacturing, Mining or similar industry sector. The successful candidate must come from a multinational and/or listed environment and have a stable working track record.

• Strategic Business Planning & Management
• Budgets & Forecasts
• Drive Profit & Revenue Growth
• Performance Management
• Corporate Governance
• Risk Management
• Cost Saving
• Due Diligence
• Stakeholder Engagements
• Staff Management

Education and Years of Experience:

• Chartered Accountant registered with ZICA, SAICA or similar (Non- Negotiable)
• Minimum of 8-10 years’ post article experience in the commercial sector
• Minimum of 5-6 years’ experience in executive or senior level managerial role
• Multinational and/or Listed entity experience highly preferred
• Six Sigma experience highly advantageous
• Matrix reporting experience beneficial
