-Seeking a highly proficient Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 8-10 years' experience within the Manufacturing, FMCG, Mining or similar industry. * Preference will be given to those who come from a multinational or listed background * No job hoppers

POSITION INFO:

Job & Company Description:

A multinational manufacturing entity is seeking a highly proficient Chartered Accountant (must be registered with ZICA) with over 10 years’ post article experience within the FMCG, Manufacturing, Mining or similar industry sector. The successful candidate must come from a multinational and/or listed environment and have a stable working track record.

Duties:

Strategic Business Planning & Management
Budgets & Forecasts
Drive Profit & Revenue Growth
Performance Management
Corporate Governance
Risk Management
Cost Saving
Due Diligence
Stakeholder Engagements
Staff Management

Education and Years of Experience:

Chartered Accountant registered with ZICA, SAICA or similar (Non- Negotiable)
Minimum of 8-10 years’ post article experience in the commercial sector
Minimum of 5-6 years’ experience in executive or senior level managerial role
Multinational and/or Listed entity experience highly preferred
Six Sigma experience highly advantageous
Matrix reporting experience beneficial
