POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

MS Office Suite - Advanced
Bookkeeping or accounting qualification (e.g., Bookkeeping Certificate, NQF Level 5 Accounting, BCom or Bachelor in Accounting)
Act as a key contact for clients via email and phone
Obtain and manage client documentation efficiently
Process cashbooks, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial statements
Support scheduling, diaries, meeting prep, and smooth team operations
Maintain accurate documents, reports, and spreadsheets
