Finance Analyst

We’re looking for a detail-driven, proactive Financial Analyst to take charge of our inventory control reporting, stock reconciliation, and variance analysis across two high-energy production plants. This isn’t your average desk-bound finance job. As our Financial Analyst, you’ll have your finger on the pulse of real-world operations, working hands-on with inventory movements, stock control teams, and plant management. If you’re passionate about financial accuracy and love solving real problems on the ground, this role is for you.

POSITION INFO:

Own and optimize the tracking and control of product and dry goods inventory—including intake, labelling, movement, and stock levels across multiple locations
Conduct weekly and monthly stocktakes, post batch records, and investigate inventory variances to find and fix root causes
Deliver clear, data-driven reports on stock movements and patterns, supporting the finance team and Plant Manager with actionable insights
Supervise and coordinate stock take teams, maintaining a positive and performance-focused environment
Ensure smooth communication with creditors on all stock intake documentation

Skills & Experience:

Qualification:
Degree in Finance
