Our client, a well-established Office Automation company based in Fourways, is seeking a Finance Assistant & Administrator to support their financial operations and office management functions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, and working in a dynamic business environment. You’ll be responsible for assisting with daily financial processes, general administration, and supporting the finance department to ensure smooth, efficient operations.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Capturing and reconciling financial transactions
Managing invoices, purchase orders, and supplier documentation
Assisting with month-end processes and reporting
Maintaining and updating financial records using Excel and internal systems
Providing general administrative support to the team

Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data management, spreadsheets)
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Previous experience in finance, accounting, or administrative support
Experience in the office automation or related industry is advantageous
Reliable, professional, and able to work well independently and in a team
