SUMMARY:
Company based in Boksburg on the East Rand seeks a Finance Clerk who is available immediately

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

Matric
Own transport
Reside on the East rand
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
Must be immediately available to work on contract - candidate who are working wont be considered

Duties will include
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage quotes
Handle invoicing and related documentation
Perform general administrative duties to support the team
Work with financial data – must be comfortable handling large volumes of figures
Assist with debtors and collections
Use of QuickBooks for financial entries and reporting (training can be provided)

Skills & Attributes:

Detail-oriented and highly accurate
Strong organizational skills
Ability to learn new software
