Requirements:

• Matric.
• Bcom Degree from recognized university.
• Completed articles at an accounting firm.
• Highly computer literate with advanced Excel experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidence.
• Must be willing to relocate to port Elizabeth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with ad-hoc accounting and functions in the finance department.
• Assist with filling and administrative work in the finance department.
• Assist with accrual calculations for month end accounts.
• Assist with cashbook processing and admin for legal entity.
• Assist with bank statement processing and reconciliations.
• Assist with debtor’s general ledger reconciliation and control functions.
• Following up and expedite customer payments.
• Conducting credit checks.
• Assist with petty cash.
