Define stakeholder matrix with RACI
Understand and document ways of working within the Tax team
Define roles and responsibilities of Tax SME’s
Document Standard Operating Procedures for Tax
Opportunities for optimising in current processes

Skills and Qualifications:

Finance qualification & background
Knowledge of the insurance industry and products
BA qualification skills and experience
Projects exposure
