POSITION INFO:

Duties:

Manage and oversee complex, multi-entity financial reporting
Partner with business units to deliver financial insights that support strategic decision-making
Lead and manage the budgeting and forecasting processes across the business
Analyse and report on product and portfolio profitability, identifying key trends and risks
Provide commercial support for new initiatives, pricing strategies, and operational improvements
Develop and present financial performance reports to senior stakeholders

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:
- BCom Accounting Degree
Experience:
- 5 years of proven experience in short-term insurance
- Strong background in profitability, budgeting, and forecasting
