JOB SUMMARY:
Our client, a Global manufacturing company, currently seeks a Finance Lead, to participate in risk identification, value creation and build a sustainable business model and culture. Provide support to the finance controlling function and other stakeholders.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Reporting to the Finance Manager, this position will offer finance business partnering support to the chemical recovery and production operations.

The Person:

B.Com Finance related Degree; or
National Diploma in Cost and Management Accounting.
Minimum of 3 years management accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
SAP knowledge (CO, MM, FI, PP).
Knowledge of operational shopfloor systems and tools.
Business & basic Process knowledge (VDTâs).

The Job:

Drive business performance through assuming key role within the Chemical Recovery & Chemical Production operationsâ team to deliver high quality financial information and commercial insights.
Prepare analysis and reports that enable the business management to effectively challenge costs and inform decision-making.
Provide the business with relevant financial support to enable effective planning while applying budgeting and forecasting techniques.
Ensure governance and compliance through effective application of financial controls and risk management.
Effective cross functional collaboration.
