SUMMARY:
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Our Finance Department is looking for a reliable and meticulous Admin/finance Clerk to join our team based in Johannesburg.

POSITION INFO:
Job Tittle: Finance Clerk /Admin
Location: Gauteng
Position type: Full time

Duties & Responsibilities

Capture, process, and reconcile supplier invoices and purchase orders.
Capturing and scanning of supplier invoices.
Capture and scan Fleet Card statements.
Reconcile associates trial balances.
Credit applications and documentation requests for new suppliers.
Submit weekly and monthly requisitions.
Prepares and update monthly VAT Plan.
General filing and administration.
Assist with the collation, preparation and submission of timesheets and related payroll reports.
Support audits as required and assisting the finance team as required.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Accounting Diploma/Banking Certificate
Proficient in Sage and Excel
3-5 Years Experience in a similar role
