An International Hotel Group seek the operational and commercial experience of a Financial Controller in Port Elizabeth.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job & Company Description:
An industry leader from the hospitality sector require a business-minded controller to oversee the strategic initiatives of the Finance division with a core focus on performance efficiencies, controls and procedures, Profit and loss analysis, relationship management with key stakeholders and partners, due diligence and adherence to legislation to name a few.

Education:

Completed BCOM degree

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Must have a Hotel experience (non neg)
Assertive, Roll up sleeves and take on challenge
Sage and Accpac knowledge
Will be managing a team of 7 staff
Merging and consolidations experience (bonus)
Body Corporate, Litigation, Contracting experience
