SUMMARY:
The Finance Controller plays a critical role in overseeing and managing financial activities within the organization, ensuring compliance with regulations, accuracy in financial reporting, and the efficient use of financial resources.

POSITION INFO:
Role's Purpose:
This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide strategic financial guidance to support business objectives. The Finance Controller will be responsible for leading financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis while adhering to local laws and regulations in Mozambique.

Experience & Qualification Criteria:

BCom in Commerce or Finance
Professional accounting designation
6 to 8 years in accounting/finance or audit
Knowledge of IFRS and IAS
MS Office and ERP advanced
Taxation laws into different countries in Africa

Primary Responsibilities:

Financial management
Financial reporting
Budgeting and forecasting
Financial analysis and tax compliance
Risk management
