POSITION INFO:
This is an exciting graduate opportunity for individuals who have recently completed their Degree and are eager to start a career in paraplanning and wealth management.

As a Graduate Paraplanner, you will work alongside experienced Wealth Managers, assisting with financial planning processes, conducting investment research, preparing reports, and helping draft tailored financial plans for clients. You’ll gain hands-on experience in both the analytical and advisory sides of financial planning, with a clear growth path toward becoming a qualified Wealth Manager.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting Wealth Managers in preparing client financial plans and investment proposals
• Conducting research and analysis on investment opportunities
• Preparing reports and documentation for client meetings
• Ensuring compliance with the relevant financial regulations
• Learning from industry experts and developing your technical and advisory skills

• Recently completed Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Investment Management, or a related field
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills
• High attention to detail and a proactive, curious mindset
• A genuine interest in financial planning and wealth management
• Progress toward or interest in obtaining CFP® certification (advantageous)
