POSITION INFO:

Our client who is based in Wellington, is looking for a Finance Intern to join their team for the next 18 months.

You will be based within the Finance division and be exposed to various tasks to ensure well-rounded experience This programme is ideal for candidates who has completed their N6 and require 18-months’ work experience to obtain their qualification.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Bank reconciliations
• Capturing invoices and credit notes
• Updating daily currencies
• Processing of general journals
• Debtor/ Creditor control, invoice, and reconciliations
• Prepare weekly and monthly payments

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum NQF6 Diploma in Finance
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Reliable transport
• Computer literate, especially Microsoft Excel
• Administration skills
• Resilient and able to work under pressure
• Committed and hardworking
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Work with accuracy and have attention to detail
• Self-disciplined
