Overview:

A leading motor retail group is offering an exciting opportunity for second-year Finance students to join their Finance Internship & Final-Year Bursary Programme. Successful candidates will gain exposure to various aspects of finance and compliance while working and studying simultaneously, preparing them for a successful career in the motor retail sector. Participants will also receive a bursary to fund their final year of studies, subject to continued participation in the programme.

POSITION INFO:
Required Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Requirement: Currently enrolled as a second-year student working toward a bachelor’s degree in finance.
Interest in Finance and Retail: A strong interest in finance with a focus on the motor retail industry.
Numerical Skills: Exceptional attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills are a plus) and an understanding of financial software. Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Problem Solving and Initiative: Ability to think critically and take initiative in solving problems.
Teamwork and Independence: Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Workload Balance: Ability to manage the demands of working and studying at the same time.
Time Management: Strong time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
BEE Procurement: Administration assistance.
