Experienced within a large turnover environment with Books Up to Balance Sheet with FOREX payment know-how.

POSITION INFO:

Are you a mature Finance Admin Manager looking for your last employment before retiring? Then this might just be for you. We are looking for a Manager who can oversee and process all aspects of the Accounting and Admin processes for the Company. If you enjoy being the "go-to" person in the space, then read on.

Critical experience and Skillset:

Forex Payments on-line and all the requirements surrounding that - including advance payments procedures/Merchanting Transactions
Skilled hands on experience with accounting software
Excellent EXCEL experience - ability to create spreadsheets and using financial Excel
Experienced in Finance / Accounting position within a large turnover environment
Books to Balance Sheet with a good all round understanding of bookkeeping principles
Cashflow monitoring
Total Audit hands-on liaison

Requirements:

Relevant Financial / Accounting qualification
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Ability to organize and assist a busy team
Team Player

Duties:

Create and process daily transactions
Manage accounts receivable and payable
Review and process reimbursements
Prepare Cashflow''s - Monthly local and foreign cashflows
Various ad hoc reports on sales and CFC transactions
Timeous monitoring of Statutory payments - VAT/TAX/PAYE
Identify and reconcile ledger account discrepancies
Management and processing of payroll processes
Monthly Management Accounts
Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
Maintain 5 Cash Books for local and foreign transactions
Local and Forex payments
Payroll - oversee
Oversee Stock Take - oversee bi-annual stock take procedure and set up and management including adjustments/re-allocations/reconciliations/code creation/queries and ad hoc training and assistance
Arrange Audit - Key Audit Liaison and assistance
