POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Leadership – Advise on funding strategies, cost optimization, and tax planning to drive business growth.
Compliance & Risk Management – Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and oversee audit processes.
Performance Reporting – Deliver accurate financial reports and insights to senior management.
Operational Excellence – Streamline accounting processes and resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
Team Development – Manage and mentor finance staff to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications:

Bcom Accounting or equivalent with 5+ years in a senior finance role
Expertise in financial compliance, procedure implementation and process improvement
Experience in financial management relating to filling stations/petrol stations
