Are you a strategic and hands-on Finance Manager ready to shape the future of property finance? Join a leading property group known for managing some of South Africa’s most iconic commercial and retail spaces. We're looking for a commercially astute, detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead financial operations, drive performance, and partner with key stakeholders in an ever-evolving property landscape.

POSITION INFO:
With over two decades of excellence in the property sector, our company has built a strong footprint across Africa, managing some of the continent’s most prominent shopping centres, commercial buildings, and mixed-use developments. We are known for our commitment to sustainable growth, innovation, and creating spaces that deliver long-term value to tenants, investors, and communities.

Responsibilities include: Full financial function management, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow, working capital oversight, financial analysis, performance tracking, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement.

This role reports to the Head of Finance.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

BCom Degree in accounting
9 years’ experience in property
MDA
