SUMMARY:
We're searching for a Financial Manager who can keep our client's finances running as smoothly as their fleet. If you reconcile faster than a truck makes pit stops and believe accurate reporting is just as important as on-time deliveries, we need your expertise.

POSITION INFO:

Key Deliverables):

Financial Command Center - Oversee all accounting operations (AP/AR, payroll, treasury) with precision
Reporting Radar - Deliver board packs, management accounts, and IFRS-compliant financials on tight deadlines
Strategic Navigation - Chart bi-annual budgets and cash flow forecasts to steer company growth
Process Optimisation - Streamline financial systems to keep our back office running like a well-oiled truck
Crew Development - Captain a 10-person finance team across multiple locations

Qualifications:

â BCom+ with 5+ years as a Financial Manager (logistics experience preferred)
â IFRS expertise, advanced Excel, and executive-level presentation abilities
â Proven ability to motivate teams while meeting tight reporting deadlines
