POSITION INFO:
We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join our Department, in Klerksdorp, in an exciting new role. If you're a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a hands-on approach, then this opportunity could be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:
You’ll take charge of our full financial function, which includes but is not limited to:

• Preparing monthly financial statements and reports for the company and group management.
• Implementing, managing, and monitoring financial systems, procedures, controls, and policies.
• Traveling between branches and client sites to oversee operations.
• Assisting with the training and development of administrative staff.
• Managing a team of administrative personnel.
• Conducting monthly and annual audits.

• BCom in Accounting or Financial Management.
• Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
• Experience in the retail/automotive/logistics/freight space (advantageous).
• Prior experience in finance or accounting within the asset leasing sector is highly desirable.
• Background in managing finances for farming or fuel station operations would be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong overall computer literacy.
• Ability to perform under pressure, with a keen eye for detail.
• Willingness to travel for monthly branch visits and having a proactive approach to learning and development.
• Effective time management skills and a leadership style grounded in integrity and honesty.
