POSITION INFO:

As a key contributor to keeping South Africa’s industrial engine moving, they are looking for a Financial Manager who can bring strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and hands-on leadership to a fast-moving environment.

This is an opportunity for a confident, commercially minded finance professional who wants more than a traditional back-office role. You will be embedded in their operations, influencing decisions, partnering with leaders, and playing a pivotal role in driving growth, efficiency, and long-term stability. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the full finance function, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance
Partner closely with operational teams to optimise costs, strengthen financial controls, and improve performance
Provide strategic insights that enable smarter, faster, data-driven decision-making
Manage and mentor a capable finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and development

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Completed BCom Degree in a related field
SAICA or SAIPA articles completed
3+ years within a similar role
