SUMMARY:
Are you a strategic, detailâdriven Finance Manager who thrives on structure, accuracy, and overseeing all financial operations across multiple entities?
We’re looking for an FM who is confident, solutionsâfocused, and able to partner with operational teams while driving financial excellence. If you enjoy a handsâon role with full financial oversight—and working with a dynamic, multidisciplinary business—this opportunity is for you!

POSITION INFO:

HR / Staff:
Review employment offers and contracts
Review monthly payroll
Recommend the most taxâefficient remuneration structures for staff

Finance (South Africa & Singapore):
Update and manage cash flow forecasts
Compile VAT returns and VAT calculations
Assist with accounting entries as required
Oversee and manage SARB approvals
Prepare and manage annual budgets
Manage and finalise the audit and AFS process
Oversee and review accounts payable and receivable
Calculate and manage transfer pricing
Prepare monthly management accounts
Prepare quarterly operations reports on financial and operational performance
Supervise banking functions
Perform income tax calculations and estimates
Ensure all statutory compliance
Manage stock control and stock reconciliations
Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis
Manage treasury function

Projects / Sales:
Track project contract values (original contract value, variation orders, reimbursables)
Prepare final accounts with Project Managers
Approve and assist with invoice preparation
Ensure project budgets are tracked and adhered to
Vet subâcontractor agreements and payment terms

ERP Software:
Oversee the company’s transaction processing systems
Ensure ERP accuracy and accountability across departments

Skills & Attributes:
Strong financial acumen and analytical ability
Excellent organisational and reporting skills
Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and departments
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong understanding of compliance, tax, and audit processes
Ability to manage multiple complex responsibilities simultaneously

Qualification & Experience:
While not directly provided, FM roles typically require:
BCom Accounting or higher qualification
Completed SAIPA/SAICA articles (advantageous)
Minimum 5+ years FM or senior accounting experience
