SUMMARY:
Focus clients in various industries are recruiting for Finance Managers to join their team with a big-4 audit background and management experience.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

CA(SA) qualification.

Minimum of 5 years’ post-article management experience in customer-facing operational company.

Strong problem solver, with people leadership skills.

Fluent in English.

Duties:

The position is part of a highly energetic team in a fast-paced and high-growth environment

Finance functions, including all aspects related to accounting, debtors & creditors, and treasury.

Full IFRS reporting to Group stakeholders and shareholders.

Managing the team of finance personnel, including training and performance management.

Managing external auditors for Group and subsidiaries.

Ensuring best practices in finance processes and systems.

Drive business process automation.
