Our client, a leading FMCG business is seeking a Finance Manager for one of their divisions with an annual turnover of over R6billion

A Finance Manager role exists within a leading FMCG business based in Johannesburg

Our client, based in Johannesburg, is a leader in the manufacturing of consumer goods with an annual turnover of R 6.5 billion

Description

The role of the Finance Manager entails, but is not limited to the following:

Weekly detailed reports, to drive performance of the division
Quarterly forecasts and annual budgets
2IC to FD
Works very closely with FD in automating systems - currently very manual.
Great communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities, good relationship building skills
Analytical experience : ability to analyse the numbers and give recommendations - play role of business partner
Very operational finance background , less reporting and consolidations
Team management : managed a team of 9

Profile

The ideal candidates for the Finance Manager role should possess the following:

CA(SA) or CIMA with high preference for CIMA
atleast 5 years financial management experience
Both technical accounting and business partnering experience
Preference will be given to candidates from previously disadvantaged groups
FMCG background
Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities
Previous system automation experience would be a great advantage

Job Offer

R----- CTC per annum excl performance bonus - upto 25% pf CTC
