SUMMARY:
A leading property management company is looking for a Finance Manager, who is an expert in all things Finance

POSITION INFO:

Job Purpose

To manage the full Finance and Admin component for the Commercial and Retail portfolio and ensure that the operation runs smoothly, efficiently, and effectively.

Qualification & Experience

Honours Degree with majors in Accounting
At least 7 years minimum experience in Finance and Administration with emphasis on Accounting

Key Responsibilities

To manage the performance of direct reports with input regarding the core competencies
To manage the administrative functions in accordance with Finance and Administration policies and procedures as provided by the core competency
Financial management of the team
Office management of the Retail and Commercial buildings
To manage non-GLA income
To implement agreed corrective actions on all audit findings
