POSITION INFO:

A large company operating in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry is currently looking for a new Financial Manager to join their finance team in Mokopane, Limpopo.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) qualification
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in within the same industry
• Previous working experience involving executive staff management
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are highly advantageous

Job description & Skills:

• Ensuring that financial records and financial reports are accurately compiled and efficiently managed while maintain the data integrity of the information systems
• Conducting costing and/or cost analysis as well as evaluating projects
• Managing administration for the department as well assisting with the related general auxiliary support functions
• Developing and implementing systems, controls, and processes by continuously evaluating business operations
• Overseeing the overall debtors’ and creditors’ function and supervising and/or managing the performance of subordinates
• Ensuring that all roles, responsibilities and/or competencies correspond ending appropriately competent individuals as stipulated by will support the successful completion of the processes, policies, and procedures that roles and responsibilities within are determined and assigned
• Facilitating staff training and development while maintaining an environment that promotes improved efficiencies, best practices, innovation, and employee excellence within the company
