SUMMARY:
My Client - A Conglomerate business operating in various industries as a Group Holding company based in the East Rand of Johannesburg is in search of a Finance Manager who would come in to develop strategic financial direction for the group of companies, with key milestones and targets. Previous experience within FMCG, Retail or Distribution Industries is a Must.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements

Previous FMCG/ Retail or Distribution Industry experience
Qualified Chartered Accountant or Bcom Hons CTA with Completed Articles
5-8 Years’ experience in Financial Management
Minimum of 5 years’ senior management experience
Strategic Financial skills required
Excellent Excel Skills
Solid Understanding of IFRS reporting
A self-starter with proven ability to work with evolving companies and lead change into creating a structured, high performance environment
A proven leader who is able to position Finance as a business driver, set up excellent operational processes, coach the team and champion performance culture.
