SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Finance Manager

POSITION INFO:
Duties and Responsibilities:

Complete analysis of financial results
Assist in the development of financial planning and analyse exercise reports
Full creditors function including loading of new creditors, processing and capturing of creditors
Payments and uploading of documents onto Workforce’s creditors system
Variance analysis at month end with Managing Director before submission of profit and loss to Workforce
Balancing of systems at month end, Paymatic vs AccPac for Sales and cost of sales
Balancing of Debtors systems at month end, Paymatic vs AccPac for Debtors
Submission of monthly reports to Workforce as per deadline schedule
Balancing of systems at month end, Paymatic vs AccPac for Flash report
Balancing of systems at month end, Paymatic vs AccPac for Intercompany transactions/invoices
Balancing of systems at month end, Paymatic vs AccPac for Journals
Balancing of systems at month end, Paymatic vs AccPac for Management accounts
Prepare branch profit and loss reports
Prepare Commentary Report
Prepare Treasury Report
Prepare Balance Sheet recons
Submission of all monthly reports to the Managing Director and Group
Ensure that monthly financial deadlines are met
