SUMMARY:
A well -known entity in the property industry is currently in the market for a Qualified Chartered Accountant to take up a role as a Financial Manager on a fixed term contract

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications and Experience:

CA(SA) or BCom Hons
5-7 Years’ experience
Property industry experience (essential)
Great Plains ERP system (advantageous)
Staff management experience
In depth knowledge IFRS and Taxation (income and deferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting
Financial management
Audit assistance
Full finance function of all property portfolios
Responsible for financial controls
