Qualifications / Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (SA)
• Financial Manager experience in a national concern
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years post Article commercial experience
• Personality and experience in a dynamic, growing and ever changing and challenging environment is essential
• Problem solver
• Confident and direct but knows when to take instruction and when to give direction
• Someone that is able to simplify and summarise complex financial information
• Able to handle a high pressure, fast pasted, outcome driven environment
• Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and  intermediate knowledge of MS Projects
• Must be able to effectively manage a team
• Must be able to manage staff and work under pressure
• Willing to travel from time to time
• Independent team player, self-motivated and must be operationally a hands on person  
• Experience with:

-              Financial control on a national level

-              Statutory audit

-              Tax

-              General staff management

-              Monthly finance reports for Head Office

-              Ad-hoc finance projects
