SUMMARY:
Our client in the Security Industry is currently seeking a knowledgeable and organised Financial Manager with 3 yearsâ experience to join their dynamic, innovative team. The preferred incumbent should have had experience with start-up organisations. The role will be responsible for overseeing and managing all of the day-to-day financial operations.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

CA(SA) OR BCom/BCom Honours in Accounting or Financial Management (Articles pref)
Advanced experience in Microsoft Office
Proficiency in Xero is advantageous
Comfortable working in a fast paced, demanding environment

Performance Areas (Responsibilities):

Managing the daily financial operations within the organisation i.e., payroll, payments, reporting etc.
Prepare monthly management reporting for the South African division as well as the other territories that the organisation operates in.
Managing the financial accounting and reporting system.
Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
Audit and tax submissions.
Create and manage departmental budgets.
Assist in creating annual financial statements.
