Finance Manager

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Security Industry is currently seeking a knowledgeable and organised Financial Manager with 3 years’ experience to join their dynamic, innovative team. The preferred incumbent should have had experience with start-up organisations. The role will be responsible for overseeing and managing all of the day-to-day financial operations.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

• CA(SA) OR BCom/BCom Honours in Accounting or Financial Management (Articles pref)
• Advanced experience in Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in Xero is advantageous
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, demanding environment

Performance Areas (Responsibilities):

• Managing the daily financial operations within the organisation i.e., payroll, payments, reporting etc.
• Prepare monthly management reporting for the South African division as well as the other territories that the organisation operates in.
• Managing the financial accounting and reporting system.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
• Audit and tax submissions.
• Create and manage departmental budgets.
• Assist in creating annual financial statements.
