JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

Provide input on financial implications of the business and support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendations
Drive compliance with finance governance principles and structures in line with finance best practice
Provide proper financial estimations and impact analysis in support of all new initiatives and business cases
Support a budget process
Financial reporting and budget consolidation

Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:

Matric
BCom/ BCom Honours
Qualified CA (SA)

Experience:

Minimum 5 years post articles experience
2-5 years practical business experience in a senior management or leadership role
Exposure in the actuarial environment will be beneficial
Africa experience would be considered a bonus

Skills & Competencies:

Ability to develop significant networks
Strong planning and organizing skills
Strong business ethic
Ability to adjust to different cultures across the globe
Ability to recognize and capitalize on commercial opportunities
Commercial/acumen
