JOB SUMMARY:
A giant in the Real Estate industry is currently in the market for a Financial Manager. The incumbent will be tasked with the management and operations of financial reporting within the organization. Please see the performance area criteria below for a better understanding of the role.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements:

CA(SA)
A minimum of three to five years post-articles experience
Experience in managing a team
Property industry experience
SAP/MDA

Performance Areas (Responsibilities):

The end-to-end financial function for several different entities to ensure that reports and submissions are accurate and timely and financial assets are appropriately controlled.
Statutory, management and regulatory reporting
Monthly reconciliations and control,
Accounting and taxation
Process development and refinement.
