JOB SUMMARY:
Our client in the medical industry is seeking a CA(SA) to take on the role as Finance Manager. The Financial Manager will be responsible for the Financial and Operational support functions of the hospital. The incumbent will be responsible for the management of the central payment accounts and the accounting division whilst managing the performance of the hospitals.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements:

CA(SA)
5 years financial management experience
Hospital/Pharmaceuticals experience NB
SAP
Previous experience in daily financial progress reports
Previous experience in Drafting AFS
Previous experience in VAT and Income Tax

Main Performance Areas (Responsibilities) in summary - (not limited to):

Financial and Management Analysis and Reporting
Balance sheet recons, cost and benchmarking implications
Financial management of the hospital including working capital management
Monthly and annual financial statements
Serve as the second in charge
Management accounts, budgets, forecasts
Operational and financial reports
Evaluate financial processes, implement corrective action
VAT compliance
