My client has a national footprint within the property industry operating in major hubs within cities in Cape Town, Durban and Johannesburg. my client specializes in the provision of luxury apartment and hotels with more than 10 years of industry experience.

The role reports to the Financial Executive and the successful incumbent will be responsible for preparing budgets, forecast, monthly reports and variance analysis of the businesses financials

Requirements:

Bcom or CA(SA)
Minimum 4 - 5 years Experience
Full Financial Functions experience
Property/hospitality/ retail experience (Advantageous)
