POSITION INFO:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the necessary systems to ensure the production of accurate and timeous financial results and to ensure the integrity of the financial systems. The ideal candidate should also possess agility and a results-driven mindset, as well as a meticulous attention to detail.

Major duties include, but not specifically limited to:

Develop and manage Finance Departmental budget (Expenditure and Capex).
Meeting group deadlines, submitting reports in line with group requirements (incl tax),

liaising with group, and dealing with internal and external auditors.

Ensure accuracy of financial reporting, and supplementary information (e.g. tax supporting

schedules in reporting packs, related parties etc.)

Review Processes and implement internal controls to ensure financial integrity of

systems.

Manage payment processes, creditors, service delivery and query handling
Implement Risk Management Systems and Policies
Manage performance of the finance department

Professional experience and Qualifications required:

Qualified CA(SA) or studying towards
Five years post articles Commercial experience
Management and Leadership, Computer Literate, Interpersonal skills
Finance Managerial experience within operations of the business
Experience within Hospitality / Gaming / Travel & Tourism ind adv
