POSITION INFO:
Job Description:

Oversee the full finance function including general ledger, month-end close, and reporting
Prepare and review management accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Manage working capital, including accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow
Assist with group reporting, statutory audits, and regulatory compliance
Prepare VAT returns, provisional and annual tax calculations
Maintain and improve financial systems and processes, with a focus on automation
Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across operations and IT

Qualifications and Experience Required:

Qualified CA(SA)
2–3 years post-articles experience, ideally in a tech, telecoms, or high-growth industry
Solid understanding of full finance function, including reporting and tax
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or similar)
Strong IFRS knowledge and hands-on financial management skills
