SUMMARY:
An established and dynamic business is looking for a Financial Manager to lead its finance function and drive excellence in financial reporting, compliance, and strategic planning. This role also includes oversight of key operational functions, including HR and contract management.

Duties:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and variance analysis).
- Ensure that financial reporting complies with IFRS and statutory requirements.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring financial performance.
- Oversee cash management, working capital, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Develop and implement internal financial controls and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure that tax planning and compliance are in line with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate annual audits and liaise with External Auditors.
- Manage and support the Debtors team, Contracts Management team, and HR function.
- Provide financial insight and business partnering to operational teams.
- Conduct financial analysis, business modelling, and strategic support for decision-making.
Qualifications and Experience Required:- CA(SA) qualification (essential)
- Minimum 5 years post-articles experience
- Strong financial reporting and analysis background
- Excellent knowledge of IFRS and compliance frameworks
