SUMMARY:
We are currently recruiting for a Financial Manager to join a leading organisation within the property sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified CA(SA) with strong technical expertise to take full ownership of the finance function in a growing, fast-paced environment. If you are looking to step into a strategic, hands-on role within a reputable property company, this opportunity is ideal.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Full financial management of multiple property portfolios.
Prepare and review monthly management reports and annual financial statements.
Oversee cash flow management, forecasting, and liquidity planning.
Manage budgets, conduct variance analysis, and support cost control initiatives.
Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax laws, and all regulatory requirements.
Partner with senior management to support strategic decision-making and business initiatives.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure operational excellence.

Qualification and Skills Required:

CA(SA) designation is essential.
BCom Honours in Accounting/Finance.
Completed SAICA/SAIPA articles.
3–5 years post-articles experience, ideally within property, real estate, or related sectors.
Strong technical accounting ability and solid IFRS knowledge.
Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
Excellent analytical ability, communication skills, and leadership capability.
