SUMMARY:
Are you looking to join a Group of Companies as the Finance Manager of one of their subsidiaries? Then this is the perfect fit for you. Our client is seeking a qualified CA(SA) to manage their finance team and to enhance their business processes. Only suitable candidates will be considered.

POSITION INFO:

Ensure that necessary financial processes are in place, meet the required standards and are regularly maintained

Ensure that all internal controls are well managed between all branches

Preparation of quarterly financial reports for presentation to the Board of Directors and/or any other authorised party

Assist the Group Finance Manager and MD with any ad hoc reports and functions, including monthly analysis of various key business units’ results

Frequently monitor and test the integrity of financial systems and processes

Business Planning, Capex and Budgeting

Co-ordinate the full financial function of the allocated business units within the group of companies and management of all staff in the finance department

Skills & Experience:

CA(SA) non-negotiable

Advanced Excel skills

Minimum of 3 years management experience (large teams 4-8 people)
