SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a qualified CA(SA) with three years commercial experience to manage their finance team and to enhance their business processes. This is an exciting opportunity for you to step into a Financial Manager role and manage a staff complement of nine.

POSITION INFO:

Ensure that necessary financial processes are in place, meet the required standards and are regularly maintained

Ensure that all internal controls are well managed between all branches

Preparation of quarterly financial reports for presentation to the Board of Directors and/or any other authorised party

Assist the Group Finance Manager and MD with any ad hoc reports and functions, including monthly analysis of various key business units’ results

Frequently monitor and test the integrity of financial systems and processes

Business Planning, Capex and Budgeting

Co-ordinate the full financial function of the allocated business units within the group of companies and management of all staff in the finance department

Skills & Experience:

Advanced Excel skills

Minimum 3 years management experience (large teams 4-8 people)

Qualification:

CA(SA) non-negotiable
