SUMMARY:
A well-established entity is looking to appoint a Financial Manager with a Retail, FMCG and Group Finance background. Someone who will utilize strong leadership skills to lead a team and confidently communicate at all levels. Analytics, Systems and Solid Project management skills necessary for system implementation and change management. The environment is extremely fast paced

POSITION INFO:

Prepare and review financial reporting

Revise and approve general ledger reconciliations

Manage monthly and quarterly deliverables

Budgeting and Forecasts

Review weekly cashflows and evaluate variances

Guide the auditing process both internally and externally

Prepare tax return schedules and calculations

Revise and monitor all compliance

Approve and adhere to all statutory and financial regulations

Annual insurance declaration preparation

Evaluate and adhere to foreign purchase contracts in line with group policies

BBBEE schedule reporting timeously

Manage, guide, and train the Finance team

Skills & Experience:

Retail, FMCG & Group Finance

IFRS

Tax Law

BBBEE

Foreign Purchase

Advanced Excel skills (Spreadsheets, Macros, Tables, Pivots, Automations)

SAP

Systems implementation

People Management

Qualification:

CA(SA)

Minimum 3 years in similar role
