SUMMARY:
A successful international firm seeks a skilled, dynamic and commercially astute strategic Financial Manager to join their team as they expand operations in South Africa. Must be able to speak Portuguese or Spanish.

POSITION INFO:

Finance Manager (Contract to Perm) [Portuguese/Spanish speaking required]

A successful international firm seeks a skilled, dynamic and commercially astute strategic Financial Manager to join their team as they expand operations in South Africa.

Must be able to start immediately

As a key member of the Finance Team, the successful candidate will report directly to the CFO and MD.

You will need to meet the following requirements:

Possess a degree in accounting.
CA(SA)/ CIMA /ACCA certification would be an advantage
6+ years finance / financial management experience, with at least 3 years relevant experience in financial lead roles
Must be SA citizen – non negotiable
Must be able to speak Portuguese or Spanish – non negotiable
Demonstrated the ability to set performance metrics and manage the accounting and treasury functions
Have the business acumen, leadership skills and fortitude sufficient to be an effective strategic partner to the CFO and MD
Possess strong leadership capabilities complemented by a collaborative approach to business management

Location: Johannesburg, South Africa

Duration: 4-6 months (conversion to permanent based on performance)
