Overview:

An established company based in East London, is looking for a Senior Accountant / Finance Manager to lead the financial aspects of the business, and to be a part of the Operational team. 

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor of Commerce
• Completed articles (highly advantageous)
• Previous experience with a commercial environment highly advantageous
• Finance Management experience highly advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full accounting function
• Processing cashbook up to Financial Statements
• Budgets, costing, cash flow projections
• VAT
• PAYE
• Payroll
• SARS submissions and liaising
• Oversee Debtors and Creditors, reviewing work.
• Assist and be a part of operations within the business, understanding how it works and providing financially direction
• Operational and staff management experience is essential
