POSITION INFO:

Job Position: Finance Plant Controller – Automotive

Ref: 3680

Location: Pretoria
Salary: R1.1 million per annum CTC + performance bonus

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Experience in automotive / components industry
• Degree in Accounting
• Proven experience,  controlling Finance within plant level
• Familiarity with industrial information systems and flows
• Excellent accounting knowledge
• Business minded and strong teamwork – must have an entrepreneurial mind-set and ability to cope under extreme pressure
• Good communication skills

Key Performance Areas:

• Control Finance for Plant and Operations
• Lead all financial forecasting, budgeting and costings
• Provide all controlling analysis and budgetary controls
• Plant operating cash flow, including capex, inventories and overdues
• Controlling of business plans
• Post-audit control
• Assign roles / responsibilities and provide adequate resources to ensure the HSE objectives can be achieved / policy deployed
• Involved and update in environmental aspects of products and processes, in order to deliver customer needs and fulfil the HSE mandate
• Develop, implement and continually improve the HSE management system that meet or exceed the requirements of the ISO 14001 standard
• Review at periodic intervals the suitability, effectiveness and efficiency of the HSE System and implement improvements as per the continual improvement process
• Ensure legal compliance and take actions to reduce risks / implement opportunities
