POSITION INFO:

A global service leader is seeking a Finance Systems Lead to drive the daily operations, enhancements, and automation of its Microsoft-based finance systems. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a seasoned analyst or aspiring manager ready to lead a small team and deliver real impact. You’ll work with Dynamics 365, Power BI, Power Automate, and more, driving innovation and reliability across financial workflows. Collaborate with internal IT and external vendors, lead low-code/no-code initiatives, and shape the future of finance tech in a company that values trust, growth, and excellence.

Skills & Experience:
Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, Power Platform
Exposure to finance processes and workflows
Proven leadership or mentoring experience
Bonus: Python programming knowledge
Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills

Qualification:
Relevant tertiary qualification preferred. Experience and technical proficiency will be highly valued.
